HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
We provide Face to Face training with a specialist health care provider. This allows you to have the sound knowledge prior to starting work.
In addition to this, we work with you! We provide a car allowance to drivers at a discretionary rate of £1.50 an hour. We also provide concessions on bus fares for walkers – with up to 66% reimbursed.
When it comes to paying fairly, we work hard to ensure you receive the reward owed to you at a competitive rate. Our rates are higher for candidates who already have a relevant NVQ 2/3. We pay extra for drivers that are collecting and dropping home 2nd carer.
